Terms and Conditions (T&C)
GTrix – confident, stylish, sustainable. We love what we do and aim to empower you in every aspect of life. Our garments are not only fashion statements but also expressions of a conscious and elegant lifestyle.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made via the GTrix online shop or directly. By placing your order, you expressly accept these terms. Deviations or additional agreements require written confirmation from GTrix.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Your order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded once we ship the goods and confirm dispatch via email.
3. Product Description & Availability
Each GTrix product is designed and manufactured with love, utmost care, and passion in Austria – always sustainably and responsibly. Our pieces are form-fitting, elegant, sporty, and versatile – perfect for everyday life and special moments.
Minor deviations in color and texture from images may occur and are not defects, but a sign of the individuality of our handcrafted fashion.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and will be displayed separately.
You can pay conveniently by credit card, Klarna, Shop Pay, GooglePay and other payment methods. Payments are due immediately upon contract conclusion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Europe and internationally – fast, secure, and uncomplicated. Fulfillment is handled via Sendcloud (Shopify integration), ensuring reliable delivery with automated tracking and a seamless return process.

International: up to 14 business days depending on destination
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately.
Returns
If you would like to return something – no problem. Via our return portal (powered by Sendcloud), you can easily generate a return label.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer – unless otherwise agreed.
Please ensure the items are unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
In the case of recurring delivery of goods over a fixed period, the withdrawal period begins on the day you or your designated third party receives the first delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us (GTrix e.U., Naaffgasse 80/2, 1180 Vienna, Austria, email: office@gtrix.at) with a clear declaration (e.g., letter or email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you may submit your withdrawal electronically via our website: www.gtrix.at/pages/contact. We will confirm receipt of such withdrawal immediately by email.
It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the end of the 14-day period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from a different delivery method than our standard option), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return – whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods within 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss results from handling that is not necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7. Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. GTrix is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. For minor negligence, GTrix is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
8. Sustainability & Fairness
GTrix is committed to fair working conditions and sustainable production. We use only premium, eco-friendly materials and ensure ethical production standards.
9. Data Protection
We handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, designs, and images on our website and in our marketing materials are the property of GTrix and protected by copyright. Any use requires prior written permission from GTrix.
11. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
