Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
In the case of recurring delivery of goods over a fixed period, the withdrawal period begins on the day you or your designated third party receives the first delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us (GTrix e.U., Naaffgasse 80/2, 1180 Vienna, Austria, email: office@gtrix.at) with a clear declaration (e.g., letter or email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you may submit your withdrawal electronically via our website: www.gtrix.at/pages/contact. We will confirm receipt of such withdrawal immediately by email.
It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the end of the 14-day period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from a different delivery method than our standard option), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return – whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods within 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss results from handling that is not necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
