Shipping conditions
We deliver throughout Europe and internationally - fast, secure and uncomplicated. Processing takes place via Sendcloud, our smart shipping solution via Shopify. This means you not only receive your order reliably, but also with fully automated shipment tracking and a convenient returns process.
- Shipping within the EU: approx. 5-10 working days
- Worldwide shipping: up to 14 working days - depending on the destination country
As soon as your parcel is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. So you always know where your order is.
If, exceptionally, an item is not available for immediate delivery, we will of course inform you immediately.
Returns
If something doesn’t quite meet your expectations – no worries.
You’ll find the return label enclosed in your package. Return shipping costs are covered by you – unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
Please make sure that the goods arrive unworn, undamaged and with all labels attached.
